Who we are
ASF caters for the school or club sports squad looking to get an edge over their competition. Coaches can learn the latest sports science research and how it can be directly applied to their sport. Our core business is one of education and training to the sporting club, the school sports team and the individual athlete who want to compete at the highest possible level. Pre season, in competition and off season the athlete needs specific training all year through.
What we do
We provide sports specific training for those who want to excel: individuals and sporting clubs both private and public. We also provide workshops for coaches wishing to learn the latest training techniques, nutritional advice and best preparation for match-day (pre and post game). We believe in information sharing to those who best know how to understand and have the desire to implement it into their current training regimes.
We desire to work with the coach and the athlete. ASF has been created to provide high level training programs and advice to those who can best use them. Premier sporting clubs, School athletic teams, and individuals who want to increase their training knowledge and performance output on game-day. Any sporting team will benefit from just one session with ASF.
How we do it
Ranell Hobson is a world record holding athlete and an award winning presenter. She holds multiple National titles in sprint athletics in Masters competiton. She also holds internationally recognized certifications in Strength and Conditioning and has university degrees in Sports Science and Coaching, and in VET Training & Education. Her team of trainers are specifically chosen for their ability to provide a level of service and expertise that she can be happy to be associated with.
Specific ASF services can involve weekly face to face training with your squad, on-demand workshops for coaches, trainers and sports-masters conducted on and off-site, web-based individualized strength and conditioning programs and as required match-day attendance for pre and post competition attention.
